Tryouts

✅ Tryout Requirements

All players are required to attend at least one tryout to be appropriately evaluated for placement on an Illinois Raptors travel team.

Check-In

• Arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled tryout time.
• Check in at the designated registration table upon arrival.

What to Bring & Wear

• Basketball (each player must bring their own).
• Water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Plain white t-shirt and shorts.
• No Illinois Raptors or other team apparel (past or present) is allowed during tryouts.

We will host 2–3 tryout dates to ensure every athlete has an opportunity to be evaluated. Attendance at one session is required, but players are encouraged to attend multiple sessions for a more complete evaluation.
